Zagster Bike Share

Zagster provides bicycles to travelers, employees and members of the public. A total of 10 self-serve, reservable bikes are now available outside the airport’s International Terminal, near the BWI Marshall Airport Light Rail stop. Zagster riders pay a daily rate of $5 for up to 12 hours of use. Customers may also purchase a monthly pass for $15 or an annual pass for $50. Riders can use the bicycles by downloading the Zagster Mobile App, available for iPhone and Android, or online at

The BWI Hiker-Biker Trail

The BWI bike trail is a good place to get outside and stretch your legs. Click for more information. A bike rack is located just outside the international terminal, close to the light rail station where a spur of the BWI Bike Trail meets the airport terminal.

BWI Observation Gallery

The BWI Observation Gallery re-opened on July 19, 2013. It is located on the upper level of the airport between Concourses B and C prior to the security checkpoint and is open to the public. It features new aviation exhibits, children’s play equipment and an updated Maryland Youth Art Gallery. The BWI Marshall Observation Gallery also features other passenger amenities including charging stations and the new Sky Azure cocktail lounge. Sky Azure is an 800-square-foot food and beverage concession that offers small plates along with a broad selection of local craft beers, international wines, and hand-crafted cocktails.

Thurgood Marshall Tribute

Near the Observation Gallery is the Thurgood Marshall Tribute, an interesting exhibit of the life of one of the country's leading civil rights activists.

Meditation Room

The meditation room, located on the upper level between Concourses D and E, offers a quiet place to relax.

Shop & Dine

Benson Hammond House

The historic Benson Hammond House is located on a corner of the airport grounds. The house is on the National Registry of Historic Places.
